All you need to make it is a pair of 3.25mm knitting needles, a sewing up needle and a 3mm crochet hook for the tartan back - surface crochet only, no technical knowledge required.

Wind the yarn into separate balls beforehand, make 3 balls of the saltire blue, and two balls of the white. The navy is for the back so does not need separated into different balls.

Finished size 30 cm x 50 cm approximately, Ideal size for lumbar support too!
